Welcome to Lost Soul Camps. By using our website or booking a trek, camp, yatra or travel package, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.
Booking and payment
- A booking is confirmed only after required payment is received and acknowledged by Lost Soul Camps.
- Full payment may be required before departure as per the selected package.
- Some packages may require a non-refundable deposit to secure services.
Pricing and inclusions
Package prices depend on the inclusions shown for each trip. Costs may change because of season, group size, transport, permits, accommodation availability or other operational factors.
Cancellations and refunds
- More than 30 days before the trip: up to 75% refund after applicable deductions.
- 15 to 29 days before the trip: up to 50% refund after applicable deductions.
- 14 days or less before the trip: no refund.
If Lost Soul Camps cancels a trip because of weather, safety or unavoidable circumstances, we may offer rescheduling or refund after deducting committed third-party costs where applicable.
Itinerary changes
Routes and schedules may change due to weather, road conditions, permits, safety, government instructions or local conditions. Minor changes do not qualify for refunds.
Health and conduct
Travellers must be physically fit for the selected journey, share relevant medical concerns before travel, follow guide instructions and respect local communities, wildlife and other guests.
Liability and insurance
Adventure travel includes inherent risks. Travellers are advised to carry suitable travel, medical and evacuation insurance. Lost Soul Camps is not liable for losses caused by unsafe conduct, ignored instructions, natural events or third-party failures.
Media and privacy
Photos or videos from trips may be used for promotional purposes unless you tell us otherwise in writing. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
